Appointment Reliability, Cancellation, No-Show, Late Arrival, & Safety Policies
At Glamour Salon & Spa, we operate on a structured and carefully planned schedule to ensure a calm, consistent, and high-quality experience for every client.
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.
***Reliability & Scheduling Expectations***
Our salon operates best with structure, predictability, and mutual respect for time. While we understand that emergencies may occur, frequent last-minute changes disrupt our workflow and affect our ability to serve all clients fairly.
Clients are encouraged to book appointments only when they are confident they can commit to the scheduled time. If you find that you frequently need to reschedule or cancel on short notice, our scheduling system may not be the best fit for your needs.
Just as you expect us to be ready and available for you at your appointment time, we expect clients to arrive on time and honor their scheduled appointments.
Our goal is to maintain a peaceful, predictable environment for both clients and staff. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
***Appointments & Walk-Ins***
Glamour Salon & Spa welcomes both appointment and walk-in clients. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability and time permitting.
Please note that walk-in availability is not guaranteed, and wait times may vary. Accepting walk-ins does not mean a technician will be immediately available upon arrival.
***Repeat & Multiple Appointments Policy***
To ensure fair access and respect for our team’s time:
Clients may not book or hold multiple appointments at the same time, on the same day, or within a few days of one another for the purpose of deciding which appointment to attend.
Clients may not reserve multiple time slots and attend only one appointment.
If multiple appointments are booked in this manner:
-All related appointments will be canceled without notice
-Future bookings will require payment in advance
Repeated violations will result in permanent restriction of booking privileges.
Rescheduling an existing appointment is always acceptable. Booking multiple appointments instead of properly rescheduling is not and may result in permanent booking restrictions.
***Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy***
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service price.
Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals more than 10 minutes late will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule at the last minute may be required to:
-Prepay in full for future appointments, and/or
-Be restricted from booking advanced or peak-hour appointments
Frequent late cancellations—especially during peak hours—disrupt our workflow and limit availability for other clients. In these cases, future appointments may be accepted based on salon availability, not client preference.
***Weather-Related Exceptions***
If severe weather conditions prevent you from safely driving, please prioritize your safety and stay home. In these cases, cancellation fees may be waived at the salon’s discretion.
Glamour Salon & Spa also reserves the right to cancel same-day appointments due to severe weather if our technicians are unable to safely travel to work.
***No-Show Policy***
Appointments missed without notice (“no call, no show”) will be charged the full service price, added to your next appointment.
Repeated no-shows or failure to honor scheduled appointments may result in loss of booking privileges. We are unable to accommodate clients who consistently do not honor their commitments.
***Late Arrivals***
We offer a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals beyond this time may result in a shortened, delayed, or canceled appointment to avoid impacting other clients. Full service fees may still apply.
***Pricing Policy***
All prices listed online or quoted at the time of booking are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on:
Nail length
Design complexity
Customization
Add-on services
Time, skill, and expertise required
Any pricing adjustments will be discussed prior to beginning the service.
***Service Final Sale & Refund Policy***
All services provided at Glamour Salon & Spa are final.
We do not offer refunds for services rendered due to a change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction unrelated to the quality of the service.
If you have a concern about your service, please notify us before leaving the salon so we may address it at that time. Once you leave the premises, the service is considered accepted and completed.
***Respectful Environment***
We are committed to maintaining a welcoming and respectful environment. All clients are expected to treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect.
Disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service.
***Safety & Liability***
Clients must exercise caution when entering, exiting, or moving throughout the salon. Glamour Salon & Spa is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow staff guidance or exercise reasonable care.
Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or health concerns prior to service, including but not limited to:
Skin conditions
Joint or mobility issues
Fungal conditions
Circulatory concerns
Clients must also disclose the use of skin-thinning or skin-lightening products (e.g., retinol, tretinoin, exfoliating acids). Failure to disclose releases Glamour Salon & Spa from responsibility for adverse reactions.
For safety and sanitation reasons:
Services cannot be performed on clients with active fungal infections
Services may be refused or discontinued if there is active bleeding, open wounds, or compromised skin
***Children in the Salon***
Children are welcome at Glamour Salon & Spa; however:
-Children must be closely supervised at all times
-Children may not be left unattended
Glamour Salon & Spa is not liable for injuries involving children. Any damage caused by a child is the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
If a child disrupts services, damages property, or creates a disturbance, we reserve the right to end the appointment and ask the party to leave.
***Right to Refuse Service***
Glamour Salon & Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
